Ian and Karen Johnson are Partners in both senses of the word. They are married with two daughters and they run Bridgewater International Recruitment between them. They believe that recruiting isnt just a transaction. They look after the nurses they recruit to make sure their recruitment goes smoothly. sometimes a little something lands at their front door. It doesn't end there, however. Ian and Karen always keep in touch with clients once they are in the Middle East.
